Hmmmmmmm I'm a bit lost with this one... part of me likes it and part of me feels that its just not what I hoped it would be. It basically started out as a character design and digital painting practise. Once more, I went overboard with details and made it seem to take forever to finish. I think there's over 50 hours in this and I'm just not quite convinced a drawing like this is worth 50 hours...

Good thing is, I enjoyed painting it, although I had to spread this over a lot of weeks, doing a few hours every now and then. This didn't really speed up tings either. But it also kept me changing quite a bit during the process which might have been a good thing (I think I drew her three faces before I was happy with this one).

Anyways.. back to drawing quickies again :P
Oh and if anyone knows a better title for this, I'm open for suggestions.

I think it's awesome! The detail is amazing, and I really like the colorscheme. you gave her some earthy colors, but somehow managed to make her look magical and airy. I think it was worth 50 hours c:
