edit: Moved to scraps.. its all blurry and whatever but I still kind of like the atmosphere it breathes.. maybe a remake someday... maybe :P

more concept art for the animated short: Liesje :P
I suppose this one is slightly to gloomy to be actually used .. I think at least :P

Your subject doesn't seem to be sharp enough - by subject I mean the tree and the girl.
It doesn't seem to be defined well enough to make it the really 'highlight' of the image.

But good work on getting the light and dark areas correct, so that it still has depth :D

well... it was ment to be only a quick doodle :P, but yeah, If I was ever going to use this specific image I would define it a bit more :D

Wow I love this. It's got the heavy mood of severe loss and depression... something on your mind? :) Anyway, I love the softer colors and the composition, lovely piece. And a definite fav :D

something on your mind?: well not exactly on my mind... or indirect maybe. Its for a short movie about a girl and a tree and a city with a bad guy... but I didn't wrote the story, I'm one of the art slaves :D (*proud to be one in this case though*)

Hope the whispers are good or at least interesting.

Looks great.

Art slave is a scary term.
I'm been workin on the concept art, all the live long day...
Draw that pic, sketch that idea.

If they catch someone who runs away, they cut a chunk
out of their wacom stylus.
Have to get away from the search engines
that howl and bay while they look for wayward artists.

Now thats an interesting idea for a picture:
Art slave crouching in the field trying to hide from the search engines.

Gah nah its not that scary, not for me atleast.
The project I'm working on atm seems awsome so far, and very promissing - and the plot could be something I could have writen myself aswell :D so I am truely happy with my art slave position atm :D there are only a few things I rather do, than draw all day.
